The diameter range of DTH bit we delivered covers from 80mm to 305mm, and there are a variety of bit shape adapting to the drilling requirements under different working conditions. We can deliver a the DTH bits with different shank structure which can match the products of various manufacturers.

The DTH bit body is made of high quality alloy steel through forging, precision machining and special surface strengthening technology after heat treatment to improve the service life.The combination of tungsten carbide insert and bit specially developed to meet the diling requirements of various complex formations strengthens the rock-breaking ability of the bit.

Innovative Product: DTH Button Bit with Diamond Composite Insert

Usually, the wear and tear of tungsten carbide button on DTH drill bits are one of the main factors causing drill bit damage. In order to extend the service life of the drill bit and improve its working efficiency, we creatively use diamond composite insert as cutting teeth, supplemented by further strengthening of various parts of the drill bit, so that the drill bit has superior wear resistance, longer service life, and higher drilling speed. The product can be used in various formations, especially suitable for difficult to drill abrasive formations such as sandstone, quartzite, granite, limestone, and basalt.

(1) The drilling footage of the bit has been significantly increased, which is more than 5 times that of traditional cemented carbide drill bits.

(2) The drilling speed is increased, and drilling time for the single hole is less than 80%, compared with traditional cemented carbide drill bits.
