Ziteng Technology can provide full-size and full-series tricone bit for oil well drilling. The product has the following characteristics:

（1）The reliable bearing structure is adopted, and the bearing surface of the lug and roller is strengthened, which provides higher bearing capacity and anti-seizure ability. Adopting wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant high saturated nitrile rubber O-ring, the larger sealing ring cross-section enhances the sealing adaptability. All of that greatly extends the service life of the bearing.

（2）The steel ball is used to lock the cone, which is safe and reliable and can adapt to higher rotation speed.

（3）Adopting a new type of grease which can resist 250 degrees high temperature and wear, the high temperature resistance of the bit sealing lubrication system is improved.

（4）The optimized design of tooth arrangement, tooth number, exposed tooth height, and unique tooth shape fully exploit the cutting ability and cutting speed of the drill bit.

（5）The use of additional features such as lug back enhanced, special insert shape, diamond composite insert reinforcement, and extended nozzle etc. further improves the adaptability and performance of the bit.
